The sequel to 2018’sBlack Pantheralso topped the domestic box office with nearly $394 million. Its overseas earnings rolled out to nearly $339 million, churning a total of $733 million.
This is a huge milestone for the film after its original star, Chadwick Boseman, passed away in 2020.Wakanda Foreveris expected to overtakeThor: Love and Thunderover the next few days, and might even surpassDoctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness‘s global income of $955 million.

Black Panther 2 Is Expected To Cross $1 Billion Worldwide
Before the movie’s release, fans already speculated that it may cross the 1 Billion dollar mark owing to the movie’s popularity and positive early reviews. The movie’s main villain introduced Tenoch Huerta as Namor.
