The latest update for Clair Obscur Expedition 33 is now live on PC, with console versions soon to follow suit. Version 1.2.3 is arguably the most substantial update since the game’s release last month. Not only does the update come with balance-related changes and bug fixes, but also some weapon and skill-related nerfs that are quite a surprise.
Back during the game’s release, the developerSandfall Interactivementioned that they had no intention of introducing balance-related changes to the game. However, after players mentioned the downright “broken” nature of some of the weapons and skills (MedalumandStendhal), Sandfall did issue a statement regarding their plans to slightly tweak some of the skills.
With the latest update, Sandfall has finally made the changes to bothStendhalandMedalum. Additionally, the update also comes with fixes for bugs related to the New Game+ mode, reported by players on PC.
