Cyberpunk 2077has recently received Update 2.0 and it has brought massive overhaul to the game. Update 2.0 added various new features including redesigned perks, skill trees, and much more but that’s not all. The update has also added a new arcade game that wasn’t mentioned in the details of the update.
The last patch update 1.6 which arrived before update 2.0 inCyberpunk 2077also brought an arcade game that players were able to play. The arcade game was called Roach Race and it was set in The Witcher where players took on the role of Roach, Geralt’s faithful companion.
Cyberpunk 2077 Update 2.0 Adds New Doom-like Arcade Game
The arcade game inCyberpunk 2077was spotted byu/OkGuide2802on the r/cyberpunkgame subreddit and is called Arasaka Tower 3D. This new arcade game is a boomer shooter and looks much inspired by Doom before the player enters the main game. Players play as Johnny Silverhand, the companion in the game, during the attack on Arasaka Tower a few decades beforeCyberpunk 2077.
It is a genius move by CD Projekt Red as they take on a major event of the game where Johnny Silverhand attacked Arasaka Tower with a nuclear weapon. The game, however, ends with Silverhand setting off the nuclear weapon and he flees in a chopper. This did not actually happen inCyberpunk 2077as he was eliminated by Adam Smasher.
Players have only been able to find the Arasaka Tower 3D arcade cabinet near the “protein farm” fast travel point which is far from anywhere players would like to go exploring. However, players might find other cabinets since the developers have tried to keep them hidden but it would not be as easy as finding Roach Race in their apartments.

The Arcade Game is Related To a Mystery in Cyberpunk 2077
This is all related to a mystery in the game known as “FF:06:B5.” AReddit threaddedicated to discussing and solving all the mysteries in the game including a mysterious code hints at other secrets of Night City. There is also a statue that can be found in the game which is a representation of a statue inCyberpunk 2077with FF:06:B5 written over it and it is worshipped by 3 NPCs.
This arcade game is just one of the new features and there is so much more than just this inCyberpunk 2077. There is another arcade game called Trauma Drama which is also easier to find than Arasaka Tower 3D. One Trauma Drama arcade cabinet can be seen in the Kabuki market. Trauma Drama is like a retro platformer where players play as Trauma Team workers battling enemies and collecting patients.
All these new features with update 2.0 in the game have kept the players glued to their chairs as the game has seenover 100k playersplaying the game, quintupling the player numbers from merely 20k. The developers seem to be onto something great and with the upcomingPhantom LibertyDLC, the players’ anticipation is only going higher.
