But thenThor 4came and everything changed, because he went a bit too overboard with the funky stuff.
However, although fans passed onThor: Love and Thunder, they’re not willing to take chances with Waititi’s forthcomingStar Warsmovie–even more so after the filmmaker’s own comment claiming that the upcoming film will‘piss people off’.

During a recent interview withVarietyat the red carpet premiere of his recent filmNext Goal Wins, the actor cum director was asked if his upcomingStar Warsmovie would continue to show fans the same “Star Wars” that they have known and loved for years. To this he said:
“It will be… dramatic pause… a Taika Waititi film.”
Previously, during an interview, Waititi had shared that his film in development for the popular franchise is‘still marinating’and that he has‘been writing it’. However this time, he took a more comical humoristic approach to answer the questions, and continued to tell Variety:
“It’s gonna piss people off,”Waititi laughed.
While theJojo Rabbitstar is having fun teasing fans about his upcomingStar Warsfilm, fans seem to be taking his comments on a serious note and arenotwilling to take any chances whatsoever with a movie from their favorite franchise as well.
