According to certain sections, the model-turned-actor was using her husband’s health condition to gain popularity and recognition for herself. ThePerfect Strangerstar took toInstagramand in no uncertain terms stated that,

“I just saw something about me getting my five minutes which is great. Which means that you’re listening. So I’m going to take my five minutes and I’m gonna turn it into 10, because I’m always going to advocate for my husband”

The actor went on to add that her primary goal was to raise awareness about FTD to benefit others who may be going through similar health-related issues. She ended the message by thanking all caregivers for their efforts while also sending out a warning to her detractors with the words,

“I am going to turn my grief, and my anger, and my sadness and do something good, around something that feels less than. So watch this space, because I didn’t come to play”
