With the latest season of Prime Video’sInvinciblegoing into its scheduled mid-season break after leaving us with a cliffhanger ending of the fourth episode, fans are convinced that Omni-Man is out there somewhere, just waiting to be found out.

And with that, there were also hints that the now-disgraced superhero from Viltrumite may be amidst his redemption arc in the coming episodes. But when it comes to fans, they seem to be tired of this trope, comparing him to Darth Vader played by Hayden Christensen.
Fans Reveal They Will Be Tired Of Omni-Man’s Redemption Arc
It’s no wonder that when we first saw Omni-Man in season one ofInvincible, we were hoping for him to be a similar character to Superman, which is, a symbol of hope. But soon enough, he showed his true colors when he revealed that Viltrumites like him have the sole objective to destroy and conquer. But somehow, his view of his ways changed when he almost killed Mark.
And now, as season two reaches its halfway mark, fans are expecting him to receive a redemption arc similar toHayden Christensen‘s Drath Vader.

With episode four leading the audience to Nolan’s whereabouts, it will be interesting to see how Mark reacts to coming face to face with his father once again, and how Nolan would bring himself to face his son. But fans are saying that the redeeming of the superhero they can see lurking in the shadows is getting tiring for them.

Seeing that Anakin actually loved his son with everything, he just wasn’t able to realize the wrongs that he did as Vader, which is exactly what Omni-Man is being set up for in the coming episodes, or even seasons. Thus, getting tired of this, people are taking to X to voice their opinions.

I don’t think any of these characters are “redeemed”. They simply changed. I don’t even know why vader and nolan are on here.

The golden equation for villains:
Evil to the core+Hot = morally grey(My least favorite trope in all of fiction)

“Jerks Are Worse Than Villains” is an audience-based trope for a reason.https://t.co/p4tNmi5qsM

Many of these characters’ atonements came at the cost of their own lives. Which is… Kind of the point of a redemption.
A villain that takes great pleasure in causing harm will be a cruel person to the bitter end, dying as a result of their own hubris.

Yeah that’s me with Anakin, it works well because we seen his life story, in some ways he was the victim too, and he turn is something you can sympathize with, and even though in the eyes of the force, his son, and his friends he was redeemed, the galaxy hated him, including Leia

The argument about Anakin’s redemption also stems from the fact that while many people who were close to him forgave him for his actions, he still couldn’t truly redeem himself because he had killed millions all across the galaxy.
What’s Next For Omni-Man?
WARNING! SPOILERS AHEAD!
As many fans of the show are looking forward to just how Nolan might try to undo all the wrongs of his past, the people who have read the comics know that it’s not going to be easy.
In the comics, it has been illustrated that he has indeed changed, and has questioned the ideologies of the Viltrum Empire, which has caused his rebellion towards his home planet. In the future, he also teams up with the Coalition of Planets to wage war against the Viltrumites and stop their genocidal pursuit of universal dominance.
