Back in 2015, the headliner of theFast & Furiousfranchise was spotted shirtless on his day out during his stay at a hotel in Miami. While the picture saw him relaxing and enjoying his leisure time, what stood out the most was his physique which looked far from the sturdy figure he was known for.

It eventually led to theFast Xactor facing body-shaming remarks from the Internet, which were not at all healthy. However, it didn’t stop the actor from loving himself as he hit back at the haters with his abs.

Showing off his side physique, he captioned,

“It is amazing the response from the journalists who I have been talking to for the last two days in New York. Today one wanted to see the dad bod. Haha. I am wondering if I should show the picture… Body-shaming is always wrong!”

Vin Dieselalso uploaded another picture which was a straight slap to the haters as it featured his rock-hard abs which takes immense dedication and willpower to achieve.

In a December 2015 interview withBodybuildingmagazine, he opened up about being disciplined to attain the muscular physique he flaunts on-screen. Now that the actor has gotten older, he shared how his diet and exercise have been modified accordingly.

He shared,

“I’m in my late 40s now, so I have become a lot more aware of my diet and nutrition over the last few years in particular.”

He further got candid about how for him, diet is more about balance.

“My diet, like my weights regime I suppose, is very much typical for people who want agility, lower body fat, and higher muscle mass. Basically, it’s predominantly lean proteins, lots of complex carbs, lots of veggies and fruits, and lots of water.”

He likes to maintain the diet as that helps him in feeling a certain way. Not just that, he emphasized eating well due to his jam-packed schedule. Nevertheless, he has always won fans’ hearts with his physique and acting capability which established him where he is today.
