David Lynch is an exceptionally talented and respected individual in the film industry. Not only is he a filmmaker, but also an actor, a musician, and a visual artist. Like anyone else in the industry, he has seen both highs and lows throughout his career, with the best example, being the biggest project of his professional life,Dune, which did very poorly at the box office. A great example of his success would be the television series,Twin Peaks, which was extremely well received by its audience.
