How To Find Takahashi Goro in Assassin’s Creed Shadows
You can find Goro very close to the Shokokuji Pagoda teleport point, as shown in the image above. Additionally, his clues will also indicate that he is located in the northern Kyoto area of the Yamashiro region.
Moreover, from the clue, ‘He will be free if his father dies,’ you are supposed to deduce that you may spare this target. You will find him standing a bit to the west of the waypoint.

How To Defeat Takahashi Goro
Goro does not really know how to fight and will not be able to put up any defense against your assassination attempts. Naoe will even remark that his hands were shaking as he held his sword.
