How to get Bruxish in Pokemon Go & can it be Shiny?
Bruxish has finally made its debut inPokemon Go! If you’re wondering how to catch it, whether it can be Shiny, or if it has an evolution, we’ve got the answers you need right here.
TheFestival of Colors eventhas returned to Pokemon Go for March 2023, with plenty of things to enjoy like a Collection Challenge and themed spawns – but one of the biggest features is the arrival of Bruxish.

Bruxish first appeared in Pokemon Sun & Moon’s Alola region on the Nintendo 3DS. It’s known as the Gnash Teeth Pokemon in the Pokedex and it doesn’t evolve into (or from) any other creature.
Now that Bruxish has finally arrived in Pokemon Go, we’ve got all the information you need to catch it below.

How to catch Bruxish in Pokemon Go
There are two ways to encounter Bruxish during the Festival of Colors event: As awild spawnor as a1-Star Raid Boss at a Gym.
If you’re hoping to find a Bruxish out in the wild, remember to useIncenseand Lure Modules to attract more Pokemon spawns to your location. you may also look at the ‘nearby’ feature to see if there are any Bruxish at nearby landmarks.

We had a go at finding Bruxish in the wild, and although it didn’t take us long to encounter one on the overworld map, it did flee after just one catch attempt, so be aware it might havequite a high flee rate. You can use Razz Berries to improve your chances of catching it.
An alternative way to encounter Bruxish is to defeat one in a Raid Battle. It’s only a1-Star Raid Boss, so you shouldn’t have too much trouble taking it down, but it’s a good idea to useBug, Dark, Electric, Ghost, and Grass-type attacksfor maximum damage.

The bad news is that Shiny Bruxish iscurrently unavailablein Pokemon Go.
New Pokemon rarely debut alongside their Shiny variant, so you’ll just have to wait for afuture eventto add Shiny Bruxish to your collection.
Does Bruxish have an evolution in Pokemon Go?
Bruxish is the only member of its Pokemon family, which means itcannot evolvein Pokemon Go – or any other game, for that matter.
