How To Use Exquisite Blood in Diablo 4
As mentioned, Exquisite Blood is used to summon the end-game boss Lord Zir. You will need nine Exquisite Blood to summon him at the Bloodtier Altar at the Ancient’s Seat, located southeast of the Fractured Peaks. The altar can be found at the end of The Darkened Way dungeon.
Once you have the required amount of Exquisite Blood, interact with the Altar to summon Lord Zir, consuming the required Exquisite Blood from your inventory. Additionally, you can summon Tormented Lord Zir at the same altar with 21 Exquisite Blood along with Stygian Stones.
