The first half of Marvel Rivals’ Season 1 is set to end on June 02, 2025, and after the update, players can enjoy the second half. As the first half concludes, players will receive rewards according to their ranks. The developers have stated that there will beno rank resetmid-season and players are going to retain their current rank, but they need to fulfill some conditions to get their rank back.

How To Get Rank After Update
The developers of Marvel Rivals initially planned to drop ranks, but they received negative feedback for this decision. Later, Marvel Rivals posted Dev Talk Vol. 11, which states that there will be no rank reset or drop. Each player will retain their rank as it is, but they must complete some basic tasks to unlock their rank again. Players must play 10 competitive matches, after which they will receive their original rank.
Additionally, this rule also applies to the eligibility criteria for ranked rewards. Players must playat least 10 competitive matchesand reach Gold to receive theranked rewardsfor the second half.
Please note that you do not have to win those 10 games. Simply complete 10 matches fairly, and you will receive your previous rank. Do not quit the game during an active match, as this will not count as a completed match, and you may face a ban. Play the game with pride and fairness to achieve the rank you desire.
