Bokeh Game Studio’s action-adventure game Slitterhead was released recently on August 11, 2025. In Slitterhead, you will take up the role of a Hyoki, a bodiless entity, who embarks on a mission of eradicating Slitterhead across the streets of Kowlong.
Hyoki can possess the bodies of NPCs and take control of them. Apart from that, he is also accompanied by several human allies called “Rarities.” There are a total of 8 Rarities: Julee, Alex, Anita, Edo, Doni, Tri, Blake, and Betty. This guide discusses how to recruit all Rarities in Slitterhead.
Unlocking Rarities is one of the essential aspects of Slitterhead. Each Rarities has a unique character story and possesses unique powers. Recruiting them allows you to progress further in the storyline.
However, some of them are easily recruited, while others require a lot of effort. Here is how to find the locations of the Rarities with some help from us.
Julee, Anita, Alex, and Blake Location
The Rarities Julee, Anita, Alex, and Blake will get unlocked and recruited to your party as you progress in the story.
Edo Location
Edo can be recruited during Lurking Parasite RE (2nd Loop) (Day 1). The mission starts on the main street. Look for an alley near a red taxi. Head through the alley to find a barking dog facing a blocked path.
Possess the dog and follow the scent, which leads you to injured Edo. Possess Edo and defeat the surrounding monsters to recruit him.
Tri Location
Tri can be found and unlocked during the Hidden Cave RE (2nd Loop) mission. Sneak through the facility to reach the third floor. Listen to the conversation on the first floor, which says someone is trapped in the room above the chapel. Otherwise, Tri will not appear at the location.
After eavesdropping, find an open window on your left. Use the possession mode and enter through the window to find Tri on the other side. Similar to Edo, possess Tri and defeat the Slitterheads to recruit Tri to your party.
Doni Location
Doni can be found and recruited during the Sleepless Zone RE (2nd Loop) (Day 2) mission. For this part, ensure to add Edo to your party. Otherwise, you’re able to’t reach Doni. Defeat the monsters at the Mafia hideout roof and interact with a door on the left.
Use Edo to pass through the door. Then, use the possession mode to travel through the vent to find injured Doni. Possessing Doni and fighting off the enemies unlocks him and adds to your party.
Betty – Mysterious Old Lady Locations
Unlike the previous Rarities, unlocking Betty follows a different method. You need to find six Mysterious Old Lady locations to recruit Betty. Here are all six locations where you can find and interact with Betty:
