The host showed her a picture of the kiss with Alexander Skarsgård and Kidman said:
“You are so provocative, Graham. Why are you showing that? I kissed my husband, too! I did kiss him, but you have to understand, I did everything with Alex-“

Nicole Kidman once revealed that she was deadset on casting the Swedish actor,Alexander Skarsgård,forBig Little Lies. She said, “I wanted him! I wanted him badly.” The two of them were on the same page regarding the abusive husband-wife relationship they had to portray onscreen. TheTarzanactor said:
“I spent time with Nicole working on our relationship—discussing where we wanted it to go and how to portray the marriage, in terms of making it more interesting and more confusing in a way that was fascinating for the audience. We wanted to show how s*xual their relationship is, and how that bleeds into the abusiveness.”
As actors, they did a surreal job on-screen and that made the show even more fascinating to watch. Also, they checked in on each other after filming the abusive scenes. As such, it’s clear why their personal and off-screen bond is so strong.
