Kit Harington on the upcoming spin-off

Undoubtedly, fans might have experienced a tinge of disappointment over Clarke’s absence in the Jon Snow spin-off. Mainly because her impactful portrayal of Daenerys Targaryen has left an indelible mark on the series. One of the highest-grossing franchises,Game of Throneshas earned over $3.1 billion over the years and continues to expand with new narratives and characters.

While owing to her death in the series, it always seemed unlikely for Daenerys to play a significant role in the spinoff, tentatively titledSnow. But there was always a possibility of her appearing in flashbacks or dream sequences.

At aGame of Thronesconvention in December, Harington hinted at Jon Snow’s future, indicating that he would reflect on his past actions. He mentioned,

“He’s gotta go back up to the place with all this history and live out his life thinking about how he killed Dany. And live out his life thinking about Ygritte dying in his arms. And live out his life thinking about how he hung Olly, and live out his life thinking about all of this trauma. That’s interesting.”
