John Cena has been quite the WWE wrestler throughout his career. With a recent entry into the world of cinema and Hollywood, the actor also has a hope that one of his iconic jokes would never stop running.
With the wrestler waving his hand across his face and repeating his catchphrase“You can’t see me”,John Cena has become a meme for the people. With sarcasm, the running gag was made that Cena is actually invisible and the actor hopes that the jokes would go on for another 100 years!
John Cena Wishes For The Invisible Jokes To Continue
The WWE has been a catchphrase playground as every wrestler has something up their sleeve that essentially gives the fighter their own personal identity. ForJohn Cena, that identity is his iconic catchphrase“You can’t see me”while waving his hand across his face.

In an interview, the wrestler/actor revealed that he wishes that the invisible jokes would never stop and go on for 100 years more. ThePeacemakeractor revealed that the gesture has given him a great life and he will never get tired of waving it.
“I went through my phase, probably in 2010, 11, 12, where I felt “I’m a human being, and I’m entitled to be known as more…” But I am so far past that. I hope that invisible joke goes on for another 100 years. I don’t care how many times I gotta wave my hand across my face. It’s given me a great life.”
He further continued,
“It’s allowed me to do what I do passionately, and it’s allowed me to meet wonderful people throughout the world, it’s given me the perspective I have, and I will never get tired of that. And if I really want to change perception, I have to take control of that, I have to commit to something as much as I commit to that.”
This isn’t all since the Hall of Fame wrestler also felt pressurized by the public for living his life the way he wanted to live.

John Cena also revealed that he wanted to grow his hair out for a while. While agreeing to a statement, the wrestler stated that before superheroes, wrestlers were indeed the original superheroes since they were actual personas that the people fell in love with.
“I 100% agree, because they’re a persona. There’s not a better example than someone who’s being inducted into the Hall of Fame this year, The Undertaker. He is just now becoming a human being, and people are weirded out by it.”
“I remember when I started growing my hair out, I didn’t know how to wear it or cut it, but people saw me with longer hair and would barrage me on social media — “you ruined my childhood, I can’t believe you’re doing this!” — I’m growing my fuckin’ hair out, what little I have left! I’m trying to do something a little different, and I can’t because this is who you’re used to.”
