Ellen DeGeneres Accused Dakota Johnson Of Being Pregnant

WhileDakota Johnsonand Ellen DeGeneres have had many moments on the latter’s show, that showcase just how much the two are not fond of each other, one that interaction comes to mind is the time that DeGeneres, quite invasively, asked Johnson if she was pregnant. This question was asked due to rumors that were floating around about this.

“The only thing I’m pregnant with is a lot of really good ideas, but not any babies. Well, it was my birthday and there were balloons that happened to be pink and blue. So then I was pregnant?”Johnson stated

The basis for this was the fact that at a birthday party for herself, Johnson had put up pink and blue balloons, which oddly made many believe that the actress was announcing a pregnancy instead of enjoying her birthday. DeGeneres made a comment on how tight the actress’s dress was, stating that that was quite the outfit for someone who was apparently pregnant. Johnson, however, set the record straight and stated that the only thing that she was pregnant with was good ideas.

Ellen DeGeneres Was Slammed by Dakota Johnson For Lying About the Invite to Her Birthday Party

While this is certainly a memorable interaction between Ellen DeGeneres and Dakota Johnson, the most iconic one has to be when the former accused Johnson of not inviting her to her 30th birthday party. This wasn’t the first time this had happened as DeGeneres did the same when the actress appeared previously on her show. This time, however, things were different as Johnson had, in fact, invited the television host to her party.

“Actually that’s not the truth Ellen, you were invited. Last time I was on the show, last year, you gave me a bunch of sh*t about not inviting you but I didn’t even know that you wanted to be invited.”She went on,“Well, I didn’t even know that you liked me. But I did invite you and you didn’t come.”After DeGeneres was confused, Johnson told her to“Ask everybody. Ask Johnathan, your producer.”

As it turned out, DeGeneres had completely forgotten that the actress had invited her, and the fact she had not shown up. The television show host, after learning this, remembered the reason why she did not attend Johnson’s 30th bash but failed to share it with the audience, stating that she had ‘that thing’ which made her unavailable to be in attendance.
