The Coalition of Planets is the only thing standing between The Viltrum Empire and universal domination. While Episode 3 introduced us to one of its secret weapons against Vilturmites, Allen the Alien, the Coalition has maintained and created several deadly weapons to combat the Empire, including the most deadly Virus in the Universe.

The Scourge Virus, a dreadful disease that caused Kregg to lose an eye, was unleashed upon the Viltrum Empire by the coalition in a bid to wipe them out. The Empire faced widespread repercussions because of the disease, causing almost 99.9% of Viltumites to die out.

Throughout the regime changes in the empire, Kregg has always had the interest of the Viltrumite empire at heart. Be it under the leadership of Thragg, the supposedly strongest Viltrumite to ever exist, or Nola, the rightful king of the Viltrum Empire, or Mark, the heir to the throne of the Vilturmite people.

No matter what the regime has been, General Kregg has been loyal to the Viltrumite people. The man has served the empire to the best of his ability, serving emperors like a servant, monarchs as an adviser, and the people as a proud member of the Viltrumite Race.
