Charlize Theron is an actress who has never limited herself to a genre when it comes to displaying her talent. Keeping herself from doing something that could help her career has never been an obstacle for her. She is willing to take the leap of faith and with it, take all the benefits that come with a successful film career.
Having done various iconic roles, Theron has acquainted herself with a great number of stunts as well. However, no matter what, she never injures herself or gets sick in front of the camera. Her range in acting is absolutely impeccable, so it would be a matter of concern if she got sick during the shoot of an important movie. However, that is not something she ever has to worry about.

Charlize Theron’s Unusual Injury Streak
Charlize Theronhas an unusual pattern when it comes to her filming and the times she gets sick. It is as if her body automatically understands just how important shooting movies is for her. No matter how much she may be expecting to get sick, the actress would never injure herself or fall sick during her shoots. However, there is a drawback to this peculiar power.
“I never get sick on a movie. Never. It’s like my body goes, ‘Nope, you can’t.’ And then [once we’ve wrapped] I get a cough or full-blown bronchitis or I’m in a cast. Anybody who knows me is like, ‘Oh, you must be done.'”
Whenever Theron is not busy with work, she coincidentally manages to get sick. Whether it is a broken bone, a common cold, or something as severe as bronchitis; she often gets struck by one thing or another to somewhat compensate for the time her body maintained order. This even led to her joking about her experience while on late-night shows.

Charlize Theron Can Never Talk About Being Sick
Charlize Theron pointed out another pattern she noticed when it came to her injuries. Her visits to Jimmy Kimmel’s show always bring about a new story regarding her mishaps. She decided to not even say a word regarding any surgery or injury she had because of the irony it would create.
“I went on Kimmel a few weeks ago, I’d just come out of shoulder surgery, and I was like, ‘Don’t say anything because every time you’re on this f-cking show, you have some story about your f*cking thumb or whatever. Just act normal and let him hug you.’”
What was even more ironic is that her growing age is only supporting her turmoil of injuries. Theron revealed as of late that her physique hasn’t been the best. Even if she misses the gym for a couple of days, it affects her so badly that she has difficulty sitting on the toilet. It is not that she is reckless in her daily life to invite injuries, but more so just another actor meeting their age.
