The teaser for the highly anticipated live-action series adaptation ofAvatar: The Last Airbenderwas recently released for the fans. The plot revolves around Aang, who learns to master the four elements (Water, Earth, Fire, and Air) to restore equilibrium to a world threatened by the Fire Nation. The teaser, which was unveiled Thursday as part of Netflix’s Geeked Week, is without a doubt the most impressive look at the adaptation since it was first announced in 2018.

The cast will include Gordon Cormier as Aang, Kiawentiio as Katara, Ian Ousley as Sokka, Dallas Liu as Zuko, Elizabeth Yu as Azula, Paul Sun-Hyung Lee as Iroh, and Daniel Dae Kim as Fire Lord Ozai. Dallas Liu who plays Zuko in the live-action might soon become a part of another live-action of the famous anime and manga seriesNaruto, by Lionsgate.

Dallas Liu Might Be A Part ofNarutoLive-Action Movie
Along with starring in Netflix’sAvatar: The Last Airbender, Liu might also become a part of the upcomingNarutolive-action movie. Daniel Ritchman, a Twitter influencer and writer also revealed on his Patreon that Lionsgate is considering Liu for an unidentified role in theirNarutolive-action film. Liu is a martial artist and actor from the United States. Liu made his acting debut inTekkenas the youthful Jin Kazama. He went on to play Shuji Ishii-Peters in the television seriesPEN15and Carter inLegendary Dudas.
Liu later starred inShang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, a 2021 Marvel film. He played Ruihua, Katy’s(Awkwafina) younger brother. Liu also performed a virtual reading ofSeven Minutes in Heavento commemorate the play’s tenth anniversary. In the upcoming Netflix live-action adaptation ofAvatar: The Last Airbender, he will play Prince Zuko.

NarutoLive-Action Movie Starts The Casting Process
Narutofans should be quite thrilled, as Lionsgate is working on a live-action film based on Masashi Kishimoto’s popular manga and anime. The film was first announced in 2015. According to sources, it is now back in development at Lionsgate. It has also been disclosed that a casting call for aNarutolive-action film was recently issued. The casting call seeks to stay true to the original manga by recruiting performers of Asian ethnicity.
The latest announcement also revealed that Avi Arad, the producer ofSpider-Man, is involved with the project. Michael Gracey is the director ofThe Greatest Showman. Tasha Huo, well known for her work onThe Witcher: Blood Origin, has also written a new script for theNarutofilm.
