According to a report from The Atlantic, theCommandostar does not believe that one can continue to have the same stamina after turning 26.“Once you hit 26, it’s all downhill with the body,”he told his friend Paul Wachter once.

Schwarzenegger further said that one can maintain his shape, but“the peak is over at 26.”He also says that he loved working out and staying in shape. The report also mentions how Schwarzenegger is not afraid of death but is only“pissed off”about it.
As he got older, he was unable to maintain it. ThePredatorstar said,“You get chubby. You get overweight. You get older and older.”And the changes could not be very pleasing, especially for someone who has worked and has been celebrated for having the“best-developed body”for years.

“It’s why when I got asked if I smoked pot when I ran for office I said ‘yes, and I did inhale.’ It’s why I smoke stogies even though I’m a fitness guy. I don’t want to lie to you.”

Despite having a bodybuilding and fitness background, he has been open about alcoholic habits as well. TheTotal Recallstar has also admitted to using steroids during his career as a bodybuilder, saying that they were helpful in“maintaining muscle size.”He also claimed that he only used them while they were legal.
