Kizaru has eaten the Pika Pika no Mi (Glint-Glint Fruit). It gives him the power of light. He can travel and attack enemies at the speed of light. His projections are also lightning-fast. 5Enel – Goro Goro no Mi
Enel is the eater of the Goro Goro no Mi (Rumble-Rumble Fruit). Even though Enel was introduced quite early in the anime, he is still one of the strongest Logia Devil Fruit users. He could create and become lightning at will. His power was controlling electricity. Nico Robin described his power as ‘invincible’. Only rubber can repel lightning, so it was a close escape for Monkey D. Luffy.
4Sabo – Mera Mera no Mi
Sabo is the elder brother of Monkey D. Luffy and the second commander of the Revolutionary Army. He ate the Mera Mera no Mi (Flame-Flame Fruit) and can make and control fire at will. It previously belonged to Portgas D. Ace. Sabo is a master of advanced Armament Haki. His Dragon Claw, along with his expertise on his Devil Fruit, is a deadly combination.

Aokiji is a former admiral of the navy and is currently the tenth commander of the Blackbeard Pirates. He has the powers of Hie Hie no Mi (Ice-Ice Fruit). Aokiji has a Devil Fruit awakening, which makes him one of the most feared characters. He can freeze an entire ocean within a few seconds. He is a master of Armament haki. 2Akainu – Magu Magu no Mi
Akainu is the fleet admiral of the navy. He is the user of the Magu Magu no Mi (Mag-Mag Fruit). His power is unrivaled. Strong does not even come close to defining it. Akainu is the one that defeated Aokiji and left him with only three limbs. Just like his Devil Fruit, he is hot-headed. He will do anything to make sure justice prevails. 1Blackbeard – Yami Yami no Mi
Blackbeard is the captain of the Blackbeard Pirates and the main antagonist ofOne Piece. He is the only person in theOne Pieceworld with the power of two Devil Fruits – Yami Yami no Mi (Dark-Dark Fruit) and Gura Gura no Mi (Tremor-Tremor Fruit). He consumed the first one, but it is still a mystery how he managed to get the latter directly from Whitebeard’s corpse. His Yami Yami no Mi devours everything around him, while Gura Gura no Mi is the strongest devil fruit there is. Blackbeard is already strong as it is, even though his true potential is yet to be revealed.
