Ryan Reynolds’ character Wade Wilson in the 2016 origin tale –Deadpool, received healing powers to kill the cancer that he was diagnosed with earlier in the film. It made him virtually indestructible as we saw him survive multiple bullet wounds, explosions, and an axe strike to the head in the last fight between Ed Skrein’s (The Transporter Refueled)Ajax.

According to an August 19 report by ScreenRant, a Marvel character may have just found a way to get aroundDeadpool’shealing powers. We’ve seen the character inX-Menfilms over the years as well, and that’s the big blue furry scientist – Beast, played by Nicholas Hoult.
While fans would have to wait a considerable amount of time before Deadpool and Beast share the screen, now that theX-Menuniverse is part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, the comics have taken the leap in that area.

In issue 42 of Marvel’sX-Force,writers Benjamin Percy and Paul Davidson have given Hank McCoy aka the Beast unimaginable powers, but let’s take a look at how those powers have a direct connection to the unkillable Deadpool.

X-Men’sBeast Could Beat Ryan Reynolds’Deadpool’sHealing Prowess
Beast, who’s one of the founding members ofX-Men,has turned to the dark side, noted ScreenRant. He has waged a war against all mankind and wants to establish mutant supremacy.
With his scientific mind, he’s created clones of himself and in that process, he created mechanized ones too.X-Forceintroduced a deadly clone – Nimrod Beast who can beat Deadpool’s healing.

Deadpool, according to the comics, can regenerate from a single cell and has risen from the ashes at times as well; the film gave a nod to that during the initial phase.
Nimrod Beast, who is a combination of Nimrod, a highly advanced robotic descendent of a mutant-hunting race, and McCoy’s Beast, can atomize anything in front of him, which in fact, may kill Deadpool.

Nimrod Beast Called Deadpool’s Healing Factor A Joke
ScreenRant has posted an image straight out of the comic where Nimrod Beast can be seen making a mockery out of Deadpool as he shoots the atomizing laser from his hand. In the latest issue, Deadpool is held captive and is used as a means of entertainment by the big bad.
Calling Deadpool’s healing factor a joke in the image above fromX-Force#42, Nimrod Beast says –
“The only reason I kept you alive, ‘Deadfool,’ was to make a mockery of you as a failed totem of X-Force and of humanity. Don’t test my limits, you only exist because you’re a bad joke. Your healing factor won’t work if you’re ‘atomized.’”
