The fights in the series are probably one of the biggest reasons why the anime is such a huge success among Manga fans. The protagonists of the series Goku and Vegeta are known to be some of the strongest fighters in the entire anime community and their strengths are unimaginable. Their training and the Saiyan bloodline helped them reach the top of the strongest fighter list in the series. Although, their power level is so huge, their fights and battles are not considered to be the most violentDragon Ball Zfights. Instead, the most violent fight of the entire series takes place between two humans.
The title of the most violent fight in the entireDragon Ball Zseries goes to the Videl vs. Spopovich during the World Martial Arts Tournament. Videl who is the wife of Gohan and daughter of Mr. Satan and Spopovich who is one of the fighters enhanced by Babidi’s powers had a brutal match that is considered to be the most violent battle to date.

Videl vs. Spopovich
The opening round of the “World Tournament” arc matched Videl, Gohan’s lover and Hercule Satan’s daughter, against Spopovich, a muscle-bound fighter who was vaguely known from past tournaments. Videl dominates Spopovich from the outset of the fight. Unfortunately, things go south at the end of the chapter when he has the upper hand. Spopovich flips the script on Videl and the tone of the fight shifts. It even reaches a point where she tries so hard to win that she breaks his neck and he recovers.
Even though Gohan warns her that Spopovich will kill her, she remains determined to fight and does not give up, but she eventually loses the match.

Reason Behind Videl vs. Spopovich Being the Most Brutal Fight
TheDragon Ballanime franchise has seen its fair share of brutal fights. Be it Goku vs. Frieza or Gohan vs. Cell, the series has had some of the most violent scenes and battles that have been written in the books. But Videl vs. Spopovich is still considered to be the most brutal and violent fight of the entire series. This is because this combat is between two humans and does not involve any energy strikes. Spopovich is virtually entirely muscle, and he’s almost three times Videl’s size. Before Spopovich goes all out on Videl and she is cruelly assaulted,Dragon Ball Zemphasizes the battle’s inequality. Spopovich was subsequently shown to be a mind-controlled servant working for the wizard Babidi to steal energy.
Their fight is considered to be the most violent fight because it was one-sided and showcased some brutal beatings, that were a little over the line, even forDragon Ballstandards.
