Zendaya and Tom Holland have been dating for such a long time that now engagement and marriage rumors are circulating. Also, there’s speculation that the two Marvel stars might start a family after the Spider-Man actor was quoted saying that he wants to be a dad.
As such, it looks like they have the blessings from their families through all of this. But once upon a time, before there was Tomdaya, there was a possibility of Odell Beckham Jr. and Zendaya. However, back then, her dad had some words to share about his daughter’s date.
Zendaya’s Father Had Some Strong Words About Her Grammy’s Date
In 2016,Zendayatook Odell Beckham Jr. as her date to the Grammy’s. The two were also spotted at the after-party of the event with her father, Kazembe Ajamu Coleman. When all three of them were leaving the party, TMZ asked Coleman if he approved of the date. To this, he replied that his daughter and Odell Beckham Jr. were just friends. He said:
“What relationship? There’s no relationship. They’re just friends… It’s like an audition. It’s an interview.”

So did his daughter’s date pass the interview? At least her dad approved. He said:
“He actually was a perfect gentleman, he was polite, he was courteous, he was respectful in every way. I absolutely commend that young man.”
It looks like Odell Beckham Jr. made a good impression on his date’s dad during the first date and even got his approval for a second one. However, he ultimately couldn’t get the girl.

Rumors are floating aboutTom Hollandand Zendaya getting engaged and trying to start a family soon. These speculations began doing the rounds of the internet after Tom Holland announced that he’s taking a break for a year to focus on his mental health after his new show,The Crowded Room,broke him.

In an interview with Extra, he said:
“I’m now taking a year off. I’ve been seeing my family. I’ve been seeing my friends. I’ve been playing golf. I’ve been going to the garden center and buying plants and doing my best to keep them alive. I’ve just been trying to be a regular bloke.”
His fans think this break will also strengthen his relationship with his MCU co-star and might encourage them to take the next step in their relationship. But nothing has been confirmed officially from either of them. But what about Spider-Man? Will Holland play the character again? Due to the ongoing WGA strike, conversations aroundSpider-Man 4have reportedly stalled. But the actor is expected to return to the role in the future.
