Though this event is very unlikely because after his exit fromThe Witcherand from his role as Superman in DC, he has been invested in the game adaptation ofWarhammer 40,000after partnering up with Amazon Studios. He has signed a multi-year project with Amazon after buying the rights for this game from Games Workshop while collaborating with Amazon Studios and Vertigo Entertainment.

Warhammer 40,000will be the first show where Henry Cavill will act as an executive producer and will also star in the series. As Cavill is very much invested in making his childhood favorite game into a show that he is exclusively producing, it becomes highly unlikely that he would return toThe Witcherespecially when he left the cast due to the inconsistent following of the original source content.
