The bolded skills are passive (green) skills that have guaranteed activation because of the race’s static conditions. They are inexpensive and provide a +40 increase to their respective stat. Upgrade them to the first tier if you have the opportunity. Upgrading them to the second tier is cost-ineffective, as it only increases the bonus from +40 to +60, but it should be done if no other good skills are available.
