Leto has been cast in the newestTronfilm with Evan Peters. Reportedly, he will play the most important character in the film. But people aren’t pleased. They want him out of the film. Also, now that Greta Lee has joined the cast, those voices have only become louder.

The Hollywood Reporter has announced that Greta Lee, whose star has been rising thanks to her role inPast LivesandAcross the Spider-Versehas joined the cast ofTron: Ares. The outlet reports that Lee has bagged a leading role in the film that will explore a sentient program that comes to the human world. RegardingJared Leto’srole, the site says:
“Leto is Ares, the manifestation of the program, with Lee starring as a video game programmer and tech company CEO who has to go on the run to protect her world-changing technology.”

While the plot sounds intriguing, that isn’t enough for fans to accept Leto in the role. This is apparently because he has a history of being allegedly scummy to his castmates. He apparently did this as part of his method acting to prepare for the role of Joker. Apart from this, it’s also alleged that he started a cult where he apparently groomed girls and women. As such, people want him out of the upcomingTronfilm.
